As a Customer Care Officer, you will positively and proactively enhance the experience of our clients - financial advisers and their support teams - who utilise the Centric investment platform.


This is a full-time, hybrid, permanent position open to anyone across Australia, but preferably in Melbourne, Sydney or the Gold Coast.

What will your typical week look like?

  • Be the primary point of contact through Centric’s phone and email customer service solution, with an unrelenting desire to add value and provide support to clients through our phone and email interaction.
