Job Description:
Position: Customer Care Officer - Insurance (Mandarin Speaker)
● Location: KL Sentral
● Shift: 9:00 AM / 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM / 7:00 PM
● Working Days: Monday to Friday
● Salary: RM 4,200 + up to RM 300 allowance
Key Responsibilities
● Handle inbound/outbound calls, live chats, and emails from customers and distributors professionally.
● Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
● Resolve customer and distributor issues efficiently and ensure timely follow-up.
● Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
● Escalate challenging cases to team leaders when necessary.
● Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service in all interactions.
Requirements
● English Level B2 & Mandarin Business Proficiency.
● Bachelor’s degree with knowledge in Life Insurance or Banking.
● 1–2 years of experience in a Life Insurance contact centre environment.
