About your new role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complaints to work towards fair, practical and timely resolutions in line with our Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) obligations.
Who you are:
In order to be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience dealing within dispute resolution
- Exceptional written communication skills
