Customer Care Officer Overview: As a Collections/Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for effectively managing a portfolio of overdue accounts, with a strong focus on achieving collections targets while also preserving long term customer relationships.
The successful candidate must have good communication skills, be well organised, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume collections environment.
We’re Looking for: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a consumer collections role.
Confident spoken and written English communication skills.
A genuine commitment to providing a great customer experience.
A positive mindset and “Can-Do” attitude.
A commitment to ongoing learning and skills development.
