In this role, you will adapt the brand voice and communicate with social media followers and customers over channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media channels. You will also provide excellent customer service with high attention to detail in writing/editing. Through problem identification, troubleshooting, education, and resolution, you are required to provide innovative and exceptional customer handling, as well as upselling and cross-selling Grab services when there is an opportunity. As a member of the Social Care team, you are expected to maintain Grab's culture of excellence and commitment to quality in every aspect of your work.
The Day-to-Day Requirements
Respond to customer inquiries and provide first contact resolution of customer issues via Facebook, Twitter, and other social media channels.
