The Opportunity:Avantor is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative.This position is located onsite in Mexico City, MX near The World Trade Center.This is an intermediate-level position.The primary purpose of this position is to answer routine questions and issues from external or internal customers.Frequently escalates more complex customer complaints or issues to more senior customer service representatives.The hours for this position will be adjusted as follows:5:30am - 2:30pm CST (7:30am-4:30pm EDT)6:30am - 3:30pm CST (8:30am-5:30pm EDT)7:30am - 4:30pm CST (8:30am-5:30pm EST)If you have a background in Customer Service or Customer Support and this position is of interest - let's talk!
