Core Duties

  • Answer phone calls and emails, resolving queries in real time or coordinating with relevant PayPal departments for timely handling.
  • Meet productivity and quality metrics such as handle time, quality assessment, and customer satisfaction.
  • Track inquiries to resolution, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Document responses and logs according to workflows.
  • Follow up to process tickets and transaction requests, ensuring timely customer communication.
