Mission

:


Process customer orders and provide timely quotations with proactive follow-up.
  • Drive parts sales through customer engagement, marketing initiatives, and collaboration with sales teams.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by managing queries, complaints, and order communications.

  • Support distributor performance, customer credits investigations, and quality assurance processes.

  • Manage consignment activities, including returns, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain customer data systems and provide operational support to ensure efficient business performance.

  • Support on managing and handling the B2B Portals Coupa/Ariba) for consignment customers ensuring that response timelines and invoicing deadlines are achieved.
