CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

As a vital member of our Primary Care team, the Customer Care Representative (CCR) plays a key role in delivering exceptional patient support, coordinating clinical flow, and ensuring operational excellence in the clinic.

You'll be our patients' first point of contact—providing compassionate service, managing schedules, verifying insurance, and supporting doctors during check-ups. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting, and love helping others, this role is for you.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Greet and triage patients at the front desk
• Verify patient identity and Maxicare/HMO coverage
• Check vital signs and prepare patients for consult
• Queue patients through our system (Emedcore)
• Perform ECGs and endorse to Cardiologist
• Assist in appointment scheduling and inquiries
