Job Description

Connect Hearing is seeking a Customer Care Representative for a 6‑month contract in Oakville, ON, with the possibility of extension. This role supports hearing care professionals by providing exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, and coordinating appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and by email.
  • Schedule appointments and organize files for the clinic’s hearing care professionals.
  • Manage and maintain client accounts while building relationships.
  • Work with insurance companies to ensure successful third‑party billing operations.
  • Assist with cleanings and minor in‑clinic device repairs (training provided).
