Customer Care Representative

Job Description

• Award the repair work to the contractor.
• Check and monitor units with occupancy permit, construction and electrical bonds.
• Documentation of contractor’s accomplishment.
• Prepare project estimates, requisition of materials for unit preparation, complaints, etc.
• Responsible for rectifying, monitoring, and finding contractors to fix the buyer's complaints for turn over units or during pre-occupancy.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course.
• Work experience related to the position is an advantage but not required.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Must have good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be trained in Novaliches, Quezon City for one (1) week.
• Amenable to work in San Fernando, Pampanga.
