Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

• Acknowledge and email response to client
• Phone call (Incoming and Outgoing)
• Assist walk-in clients - Residents and Visitors
• Provide feedback to residents pertaining their concern raise to Property Management Office
• Provide basic information to basic queries related to the project assignment (e.g. available amenities, house rules)
• Encoding and monitoring customer concerns
• Receive parcel delivery
• Identify and screen guests by coordinating with Security Personnel
• Assist residents in DMCI Communities app.
• Monitor and log usage if amenities (e.g. swimming pool reservation)
• Assist residents in Leasing
• Attend training and meetings as needed

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Pleasant looking and personality
• With good customer service skills
