QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or any relevant field
• Disciplined, mature, and able to multi-task Independently under pressure
• With pleasant personality and able to work effectively in a team
• Service-oriented
• Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures
• Prior customer service experience would be advantageous
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must have adequate telephone skills and proper etiquette

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide the highest level of customer service by attending to incoming customer inquiries, requests and complaints thru walk-ins, phone-ins, email and social media and e-commerce in a prompt and professional manner.
