Job Description
I. JOB OBJECTIVES:
To be able to provide quality care to patients in terms of handling medical records, front-end customer service and back
end administrative duties adhering to Myhealth standard procedures to ensure smooth delivery of patient services.
II. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Patient Care and Interaction:
● Establish rapport with patients upon clinic entry.
● Conduct patient history interviews and take vital signs.
● Assist patients undergoing Annual Check Up (ACU), Executive Check Up (ECU), and Pre-Employment Medical Examination
(PEME).
● Patients are properly endorsed to sections prior to consultation and or treatment.
● Identify and address patient concerns related to medical services.
● Remind patients to provide feedback before leaving the clinic.

● Receive, sort, and compile laboratory, X-ray, psychological, ...
