Customer Care Representative Reliever

Job Summary:

Responsible for receiving patients and ensuring the delivery of quality customer/patient services in accordance with MyHealth policies and standards.

Main Duties:

• Assist and register patients

• Classify walk-ins, HMO & insurance patients

• Coordinate with departments and providers

• Handle patient concerns and daily reports

Qualifications:

• Can start ASAP

• Computer literate

• With good communication skills

• Customer service-oriented

• Available for short-term reliever duty

Payout: Weekly (every Friday)

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 2 weeks

Pay: Php695.00 per day

Expected hours: 40 per week
