Customer Care Representative

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be working with a supportive and friendly team and speaking with our valued customers every day. Inbound calls will be relating to product inquiries, status of orders and returns, and quotes. Another aspect of the role includes outbound calls to customers informing them of the status of their orders or follow up actions.
