Job Description

Customer Care Specialist (Baggage Services)

Our client is a global leader in gateway services, who is seeking to recruit a Customer Care Specialist (Baggage Services). This position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to passengers at arrival claims with mishandled and damaged baggage.
  • Raise reports of mishandled and damaged bags, in accordance with the various airline requirements.
  • Trace mishandled baggage and keep passengers informed of the tracing status.
  • Assist passengers with odd-size bags.
  • Answer hotline calls on baggage matters.

Requirements

  • Possess 4 GCE ‘N’ level credits / 3 GCE ‘O’ level passes or equivalent.
  • Professionalism, patience and a People-first attitude.
  • Comfortable with shift work.
