Job Description
Customer Care Specialist (Baggage Services)
Our client is a global leader in gateway services, who is seeking to recruit a Customer Care Specialist (Baggage Services). This position is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Attend to passengers at arrival claims with mishandled and damaged baggage.
- Raise reports of mishandled and damaged bags, in accordance with the various airline requirements.
- Trace mishandled baggage and keep passengers informed of the tracing status.
- Assist passengers with odd-size bags.
- Answer hotline calls on baggage matters.
Requirements
- Possess 4 GCE ‘N’ level credits / 3 GCE ‘O’ level passes or equivalent.
- Professionalism, patience and a People-first attitude.
- Comfortable with shift work.
