Responsibility:
Build strong relationship with decision makers/fleet managers/system users and manage of all services for our customers.
Perform outbound retention calls to clients whom contract is expiring.
Developing and implementing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business.
