About The Role

This role requires both audio technical knowledge and an excellent customer service skillset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an advanced level of audio technical support/workflow and software/hardware troubleshooting for our network of enterprise customers who use Avid audio products (Pro Tools software & associated hardware peripherals, including large format consoles).
  • Manage/oversee support via web-based case submissions & telephone (for emergency-level issues) whilst adhering to Avid’s contractual SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
