In this role, you will prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Work on the basis of a predefined sales plan.
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers.
- Managing order processing with planners and delivery dates.
- Requesting local billing.
- Handing standardized products with pre-defined options.
- Contributing to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices is set;
- Handling targeted clients;
- Discussing sales approach with manager;
