  • Customer Inquiries: Handling and coordinating B2C cases, including escalation
  • Communication & Optimization: Further developing content and processes, including automation
  • Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring KPIs and identifying improvement measures
  • CRM & Data: Ensuring data quality and a 360° view of the customer
  • Projects: Management of customer care initiatives and special programs

  • proven experience in customer service or B2C support
  • strong communication skills with empathy and problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital support tools
  • basic motorcycle knowledge (training provided)
  • Ability to manage projects effectively and efficiently and collaborate across functions
  • Multi-tasking, resilience and the ability to operate under pressure
