Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer contact throughout each order, ensuring on‑time delivery, profit and loss and customer satisfaction.
• Develop close relationships with customers, end users and partners to understand needs and resolve specification and commercial issues.
• Plan and manage orders and projects using formal order / project management methodologies, leading cross‑functional teams, managing risks and coordinating engineering, procurement and finance.
• Support commercial teams in preparing proposals to win orders and projects, building solutions that meet customer specifications including technical, commercial and delivery requirements.
