Job Description
Join Baker Hughes as a Customer Care Specialist – Valves and work with a global team that designs and supports advanced rotating equipment across the energy value‑chain.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary customer contact throughout each order, ensuring on‑time delivery, profit and loss and customer satisfaction.
- Develop close relationships with customers, end users and partners to understand needs and resolve specification and commercial issues.
- Plan and manage orders and projects using formal order / project management methodologies, leading cross‑functional teams, managing risks and coordinating engineering, procurement and finance.
- Support commercial teams in preparing proposals to win orders and projects, building solutions that meet customer specifications including technical, commercial and delivery requirements.
