Job Description
Lead customer service excellence with ENWIN Utilities as a Supervisor for Customer Care and Billing in Windsor, ON (Hybrid). This role focuses on managing daily operations and unionized staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the Customer Service Centre's performance, providing coaching and training for team members, and addressing escalated customer issues.
