Responsible for planning, execution, automation and optimization of customer communication across Email and mobile push notification channels. The role will leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities to deliver personalized, timely and engaging customer experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Deployment

  • Build, test, schedule and deploy email and push notification campaigns using SFMC
  • Execute promotional, transactional, lifecycle, loyalty and customer engagement campaign
  • Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of communications
  • Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Product, Creative and Operations teams to execute campaigns accurately
