Job Description
An employer is seeking an Customer Concierge for a 6-month contract-to-hire position. The company specializes in delivering fiber internet services to residential and small business customers. This individual plays a key role in helping new customers transition seamlessly to our clients services by delivering a high-touch, white-glove onboarding experience. In this part-time role, you will visit customers in their homes to assist with canceling their previous service providers, setting up home Wi-Fi networks, and providing hands-on training for streaming services. Acting as a trusted guide, you will clearly explain next steps, answer questions with patience and professionalism, and proactively identify and resolve any obstacles that could delay service activation.
