We are currently seeking multiple Customer Contact Officers to join the team on a temporary casual basis to support upcoming peak periods.
About the Role
You will join a high-performing Customer Contact team, providing first point of contact support across phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
This is a casual pool engagement commencing 24 March 2026 through to 28 February 2027 (estimated), aligned to operational peak demand periods.
