Team overview and job responsabilities: We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and committed professional to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator at our La Rosa plant, located in Mataderos, Buenos Aires. This role is key to leading the after‑sales service area, ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external customers through the efficient management of claims, orders, and requests.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the after‑sales analyst team, fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Design and implement after‑sales service strategies aligned with Supply Chain management objectives.
• Monitor and ensure proper management of orders, claims, debit/credit notes, and special requests.
• Coordinate with Pre‑Sales, Sales.
