Customer Data Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in internal systems.
• Perform data validation to identify and correct errors or duplicates.
• Process customer data updates and verification requests within SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
• Prepare basic reports and support audits, data cleanup, and system updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Atleast 1 year of experience in data management, customer support, or back-office roles.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel; CRM experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of data privacy principles; familiarity with the Philippine Data Privacy Act is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
