Customer Development Executive Filorga, Mexico (Xico)

Location: Del Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, Mexico.

Work arrangement: Hybrid.

The Customer Development Representative/Executive is responsible for developing and supporting the partnership between Filorga and doctors in an assigned territory or for a key account to deliver net sales, distribution volume, and market share targets.

• Build relationships with key contacts (doctors, buyers, store managers) and provide objective analysis to ensure customers carry an appropriate portfolio of Filorga products.
• Proactively understand customer needs and develop business solutions to meet Filorga and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular business reviews and follow up on sales activity, new products, customer service, receivables, and claims.
