Customer Development Manager

About the Role:
This role is responsible for strengthening the Malaysia team's commercial performance by ensuring strong account management capabilities amid recent team changes. The position requires talent with solid experience in managing key accounts and driving business targets
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute customer strategic plans to deliver annual sales targets and category growth
Build strong, long-term relationships with retailers to drive sustainable business growth.
Develop and lead Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key retailers
Conduct regular business reviews to track sales, distribution, promotions, and profitability.
Plan, manage, and monitor A&P and trade spend budgets, ensuring effectiveness and ROI.
Lead sales forecasting, performance tracking, and gap analysis for assigned accounts.
Negotiate trade terms, promotions, listings, in-store visibility, and new product launches.
