**What are we looking for?**



+ More than 8 years solid sales experience in national key account management;

+ Proven leadership of team management and achieve sales target through people;

+ Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results

+ Outstanding analytical skills, business insight, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions



**What will be your key responsibilities?**



+ Develop annual and medium business strategy to protect, deliver sustainable activation of RT-mart

+ Set deployment targets and drive JBP design & delivery for the customer

+ Coordinates and participate with his/her team in the yearly customer negotiations

+ Work together with the demand planning and relative customer MKT team to plan the forecast and define building block
