The opportunity

We're currently looking for a Customer Engagement Advisor. Someone to join our Operations Team in order to help deliver seamless, premium customer experiences throughout the entire customer journey. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed.

Our team focuses on delivering exceptional support to customers- from initial contact to post-delivery care — ensuring that every Polestar interaction reflects our brand values of innovation, sustainability, and performance.

This position is primarily onsite, with the office located in Ruoholahti, Helsinki, Finland, but there is a possibility to work remotely, when agreed.
