Job Details
- Support customer engagement and communication activities
- Assist in responding to enquiries and simple follow-ups
- Help maintain customer contact records and basic updates
- Assist in preparing simple service or marketing materials
- Support activities that improve customer experience and retention
Requirements
- Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualifications
- Comfortable communicating with people and handling enquiries
- Basic administrative or customer service knowledge is a plus
- Able to manage simple records and information tracking
- Customer service, outreach or coordination experience is an advantage
