Customer Engagement Assistant

Job Details

• Support customer engagement and communication activities
• Assist in responding to enquiries and simple follow-ups
• Help maintain customer contact records and basic updates
• Assist in preparing simple service or marketing materials
• Support activities that improve customer experience and retention

Requirements

• Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualifications
• Comfortable communicating with people and handling enquiries
• Basic administrative or customer service knowledge is a plus
• Able to manage simple records and information tracking
• Customer service, outreach or coordination experience is an advantage
