Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as Customer Engagement Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a positive and professional customer experience by conducting outbound welcome calls and addressing customer needs with care.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Conduct welcome check-in calls with customers to thank them for their policy purchase, review the policy details, ensure product suitability, and provide administrative support.
+ Carry out ad-hoc outreach calls as assigned.
+ Perform ancillary tasks to complete the call cycle effectively.
+ Deliver a positive and professional customer experience, ensuring service excellence.
+ Address and resolve customer queries and requests while adhering to service level agreements and turnaround time standards.
