Customer Engagement Executive

Full-Time:

• Location: Must be comfortable to travel to different branches when required (Bukit Timah Plaza, Century Square, Oasis Terraces, Parkway Centre, Thomson Plaza)
• Days: Wednesday to Sunday (OFF on Mondays and Tuesdays)

Part-Time:

• Location: Oasis Terraces
• Day: Once a week, every Sunday
• Time: 8.30am-4.30pm (Hours will be extended to 6.30pm if there is enrolment for the last class slot on Sunday.)

Job Responsibilities:

• Acquire and maintain strong knowledge of the organisation's programmes, services and processes
• Keep abreast of latest MOE initiatives to stay relevant with customers' needs
• Actively promote programmes to both prospective and existing customers
• Attend to customers' needs and enquiries in a prompt and customer-centric manner
• Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with all stakeholders
