Job Description

The Customer Experience Manager oversees end-to-end customer experience for internal and external customers, ensuring brand compliance and service standards. Leads customer-centric training, conducts quality assurance across contact center and digital channels, and analyzes CSAT/NPS to drive improvements. Manages customer engagement and loyalty initiatives, coordinates PR, events, and CSR activities, and oversees creative teams in developing brand, marketing, and UI/UX materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, Advertising, Communications, or other courses related to the position
  • With solid experience in the same position or as a Customer Service Manager
  • Proficiency in using customer experience tools and software such as customer feedback management systems, CSAT tools, NPS software, CRM platforms, and data analytics software
