About the Role
To deliver an inclusive resident, customer and community engagement approach to build resilient and engaged communities with residents and customers participating in everything we do. To ensure that all issues relating to customer safety (including but not limited to Anti Social behaviour (ASB), safeguarding and Domestic Abuse) are reported to the relevant departments. The production and delivery of communication to our residents and customers through a variety of channels including our website, social media platforms, publications and events.
