Job Description
This role supports a seamless experience for both employees and clients by driving hiring outcomes end to end — from building candidate pipelines and conducting interviews to onboarding new hires and ensuring all pre-employment and compliance requirements are met. The position also supports employee management, payroll preparation, attendance tracking, reporting, and invoicing, while adhering to corporate, client, HR, safety, and environmental standards. Working closely with regional leadership, you’ll help ensure policy and OSHA compliance, support employee relations, and respond to customer inquiries, assist with orders, resolve issues, and document trends to continuously improve service quality.
