We are looking for a talented Customer Engineer to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Engines Office Turkey Country Support Department in Istanbul or İzmir, Türkiye .
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Serve as the technical liaison between OEMs and customers during new product development programs.
Apply Cummins products to customer vehicles by developing technical specifications and implementing design configurations.
Deliver high-performance, cost-effective equipment and system solutions integrated with customer products.
Investigate integration and installation issues, recommend actions, and document resolutions.
Support and improve processes such as Installation Quality Assurance and OEM integration using tools like COLS and GCE.
