About the role

As part of the Operations team, this Customer Engineer role will be responsible for providing technical support to customer‑users based on their needs, related to our products and services (CAD/CAM and MES/ERP solutions). This includes supporting the full software lifecycle: from implementation and user training to incident resolution.
