Customer Engineer

We are seeking a Customer Engineer for our client site in Secunda, Mpumalanga.

Requirements -

Grade 12

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering field is usually required.

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Analyze, test, and repair network systems, software, or hardware to resolve customer issues.
• Implementation & Deployment: Assist clients with installing, configuring, and deploying new technology solutions
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks (LAN/WAN), cloud computing, or specific industry hardware/software.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to explain complex technical issues to clients.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
