Customer Engineering Analyst

Remark: This position is based in Bayan Lepas. Might be move to Batu Kawan in future based in management decision.
Job Purpose:
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Work with different parties such as Engineering, Finance, IE, Procurement to provide RFQ on time and drive improvement program to ensure competitive price.
This position requires strong communication, negotiation skill, analytic skill, project management skills, operation and business insight to deliver critical business milestones.
Job Responsibilities:
Assure the highest level of Customer Satisfaction and Service. Maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
Customer point of contact. Manage escalation or any specific request from customers.
Work with internal team to provide solution to meet or exceed customer needs.
Negotiate with customers to provide RFQ with competitive pricing.
