Job Description

Responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for Globe customers by providing assistance, recommendations, on best Globe products and services to meet their needs and/or resolving their issues.

> Assists  customers' journey in using digital channels via face to face digital user assistance or education 

> Attends to sales and service needs of customers

> Approves and processes sales and services applications and transactions in the system

> Processes payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions
