We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our growing team at Angkas.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone (inbound and outbound), e-mail, or chat to provide problem resolution.
• Deliver outstanding service to our high-value customers by providing solutions to grow customer relationships.
• Support different Channels such as Telegram, Social Media, In-App, Email, and Chat.
• Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Achieve or exceed daily/monthly targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
