Overview

The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for processing financial transactions, advising customers on banking solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience at TD Canada Trust branches.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) accurately per operating procedures and regulations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating as necessary.
