About the role

Your responsibilities involve leadership, reception management, ensuring patient services meet standards, creating a safe environment, overseeing reception recruitment, and team development. This role is unique as its two-fold. You will also play a key role in creating a great clinic culture and organising activities or events that help keep our team spirit high.


You will bring to the role:

  • Prior experience in Management or administration work in a GP practice.

  • Leadership experience is desirable

  • Be positive, honest, reliable and self motivated.

  • Be able to work independently and in a team.

  • Have strong interpersonal communication skills.

  • Passionate about patient care and customer service

  • Working knowledge of MedTech Evolution our Practice Management system.

  • Be computer literate with MS Word and Excel.
