WE'RE HIRING: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER
Demetrios Pizzeria | Multi-Branch Operations
At Demetrios, we don't just serve pizza—we create dem good memories for young Filipino families.

We're looking for a Customer Experience Manager who will take ownership of how customers experience our brand across every touchpoint—from the moment they arrive, to how their kids feel, to whether they choose to come back next week.
This role is not a customer service desk role.
This is a thinking, observing, and improving role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will design, manage, and continuously improve the customer experience across all Demetrios stores.
Specifically, you will:

  • Observe real customer behavior in-store and identify friction points and opportunities

  • Map the full customer journey (arrival, ordering, waiting, dining, kids' experience, exit)

  • Translate customer insights into clear standards, SOPs, and service behaviors
