About the Role:
The Customer Experience Manager ensures a seamless, efficient, and exceptional shopping experience for customers in both Supermarket and Department Store.
Job Responsibilities:
- This role involves developing and implementing customer service strategies, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with various departments to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- The Customer Experience Manager will also oversee staff training, ensuring service standards align with company objectives.
- Furthermore, the CEM will directly oversee the Quality Assurance team and be responsible for ensuring successful periodic HACCP/QA assessments.
Job Qualifications:
*Experienced in Retail Customer Experience Management
*Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering or any related courses
