About the Role:

The Customer Experience Manager ensures a seamless, efficient, and exceptional shopping experience for customers in both Supermarket and Department Store.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. This role involves developing and implementing customer service strategies, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with various departments to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  2. The Customer Experience Manager will also oversee staff training, ensuring service standards align with company objectives.
  3. Furthermore, the CEM will directly oversee the Quality Assurance team and be responsible for ensuring successful periodic HACCP/QA assessments.

Job Qualifications:

*Experienced in Retail Customer Experience Management

*Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering or any related courses
