Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-centric Customer Experience Officer to join our team In this role, you will guide and support our customer relations operations, ensuring our valued clients receive a positive, seamless, and efficient experience.
This position is open from Senior to Assistant Head level depending on the applicant's experience and expertise.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and supervise the Customer Care team and monitor service performance and implement improvements.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience leading customer service teams.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify patterns and recurring issues, proactively addressing areas for improvement in products, services, and processes to strengthen homeowner satisfaction and overall customer experience.
