Job Description
- Handles all customer feedback received through telephone, email, or FOPM Text Line.
- Ensures that all customer concerns are logged and traced for follow-ups.
- Ensures that all concerns are reverted to the correct departments.
- Ensures that all customers are satisfied with the service provided.
- Shall be responsible for collating best practices and make recommendations for inclusion in the Housekeeping manual.
- Conducts property inspection.
- Ensures properties are compliant with housekeeping and sanitation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Tourism, Hospitality Management course or equivalent;
- Must have at least one (1) year experience in the hospitality industry;
- Amenable to work in Mckinley Hill, Taguig City.
