Customer Experience Officer

• Handles all customer feedback received through telephone, email, or FOPM Text Line.
• Ensures that all customer concerns are logged and traced for follow-ups.
• Ensures that all concerns are reverted to the correct departments.
• Ensures that all customers are satisfied with the service provided.
• Shall be responsible for collating best practices and make recommendations for inclusion in the Housekeeping manual.
• Conducts property inspection.
• Ensures properties are compliant with housekeeping and sanitation.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Tourism, Hospitality Management course or equivalent;
• Must have at least one (1) year experience in the hospitality industry;
• Amenable to work in Mckinley Hill, Taguig City.
